Since the foundation of the School in Dental Hygiene at the University of Bologna in 1990 up to 2010 she has held positions as a pre-clinical and clinical instructor , and later on professor of Dental Hygiene Science and Technology course .From academic year 2007/2008 Adjunct Professor for integrative activities of "Non Surgical Periodontal Instrumentation Techniques " in Periodontology Course and currently pre-clinical and clinical instructor in "Non Surgical Periodontal Instrumentation Techniques", Periodontics Course within the Dental School, University of Parma,Italy Speaker in courses and conferences in Italy and Europe , for international meetings of IFDH -International Federation of Dental Hygienists, AIDI- Italian Dental Hygienists Association, EFP -European Federation of Periodontology, SIdP-Italian Society of Periodontology ;President of Scientific Committee of International Symposium in Dental Hygiene in Florence.Author of publications in Italian and foreign magazines , co-author of several chapters in the series of texts "Dental Prevention and Hygiene" ed. Masson and in the text "Dental Hygienist: theory and professional practice" Edra ed. She holds Certificate in Dental Hygiene from Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists , Boston U.S.A and Associate in Science Degree Northeastern University , Boston U.S.A. ; Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Genoa,Italy ; Specialistic Degree of the Sanitary Professions Technical-Assistance area , University of Pisa,Italy. Master in Odontostomatological Prevention , University of Rome "La Sapienza". Member of AIDI ,Italian Dental Hygienists Association ,she covered the position of President of the Emilia Romagna section of AIDI .President of the Ordine TSRM-PSTRP Commission of Dental Hygienists for State regulation of the dental hygiene profession in Parma . Clinical practice since 1983.
