Mr. John Kuriakose

Mr. John Kuriakose is a man of incredible resilience. Though he was born in to an impoverished family, that struggled to make ends meet, he forged a path of success for himself. But if asked about his efforts, he would humbly deny, attributing it all to the supreme power of God that brought him this far. Prior to starting the lab, he had worked as a rubber tapper, a dental clinic attender, and lastly a dental technician where he experimented with the quality of dental prostheses. As a chairside assistant, he was quickly offered the opportunity to work more closely with his doctor in the clinic. He swiftly comprehended even the smallest details, as he usually did, with his keen sense of observation. He was dissatisfied with the quality of dental prosthesis given at the clinic, particularly crowns and bridges. He saw the pain that these ill-fitting prostheses caused the patients with compassion. He was also dissatisfied with his doctor's unnecessary chairside time spent repairing multi-unit bridges. 'If one commits his life to our eternal Lord Jesus Christ's will, the Lord will raise him up to prosperity.' He was profoundly moved by the words he heard during the prayer meetings, and he surrendered himself completely to the Lord Jesus Christ's desire. He was also consistently encouraged to Dream Big and live a sinfree existence. His innocent heart saw that it was the Lord Himself who was speaking, and he began to dream of opening his own laboratory. He did, however, start working as a dental technician and continued to do so with zeal. He began working at a number of clinics shortly after that. He worked extremely long days and slept for less than an hour each night. The Dentcare Dental Lab was finally born in 1988. DentCare Group of dental laboratories has grown into a full-fledged and world-class dental laboratory spread over an area of 250,000 sq. ft. and creates brand new values through global perspectives, innovative and futuristic dental technologies. Dentcare is poised to develop by leaps and bounds under Mr. John's leadership, with a workforce of over 4000 enthusiastic employees. DentCare has gone global by marking its footprints in the United States of America (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East, with several National and International Certifications (ISO14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, US FDA (Certificate No 3001 190118), ISMS 27001: 2013, ISO 13485:2016). Mrs. Jessy John, his wife, is the company's Executive Director, and she compliments her husband's abilities as a capable leader. Joshua, Joel, Job, and Jonathan are their four boys, a great generation being build up for the future. Mr. John's brothers, Mr. Baby Kuriakose and Mr. Saju Kuriakose, along with their wives, are instrumental in the company's direction.
