Dr. Vinisha Pandey did her BDS and MDS from the Faculty of Dental Sciences, Rama University, Kanpur, in 2008 and 2012, respectively. She has done her Proficiency in Lasers from the University of California, San Francisco in 2013 and Fellowship from World Clinical Laser Institute, New York in 2019. She is pursuing an Academic Masters's in Lasers from the University of Genoa in collaboration with UCL, London.
She is a member of the American Academy of Facial esthetics and completed hands-on training for botulinum toxin and dermal fillers in 2015. She also holds a PG diploma with hands-on training in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine from Apollo hospitals, Bangalore, in 2016.
- Currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at Maharana Pratap Dental College, Kanpur
- She is the managing director of Dr. Vinisha Pandey's dentistry at Kanpur.
- Author of the book "Lasers in Operative Dentistry and Endodontics" by CBS publishers
- Contributing author in the 4th edition of textbook of operative dentistry by Dr. Nisha Garg by Jaypee Publishers
- Member of Indian Association of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics (IACDE)
Dr. Vinisha is the recipient of the following awards-

- Winner of the Fame Icon Award 2021 in the category of "Young women Entrepreneur and Dentist of the Year."
- Winner of the Leadership Icon Award 2020 for "Most promising Dentist in Kanpur."
- Winner of National dental excellence in 2020 for the best upcoming dentist in Kanpur.
- Head member of Kanpur Young Entrepreneur.
