Forensic odontologist

I have completed my bds on 2004 from srm dental college, chennai. I started my private practice in 2006 with 17 years of experiance. Since then i completed my undergraduate, i tried to take up forensic odontology, but unfortunately i could not do it. But after several years i did an online  certificate course on forensic odontology by ifs india. Then i did my fellowship in forensic odontology in sdm dental college, dharwad and pg diploma in forensic odontology in university of turin , italy. I am also a member of kenyon international emergency service. I am also selected for on call service regarding dental age estimation, bitemark analysis, interpreter and translater in district child protection unit, namakkal.. Also submitted a proposal for dental age estimation in namakkal labour office and tamilnadu labour department chennai. My article on "missing the missing people: a need for national dental registry (database) in india" got published in academic journals of anthropological studies in oct 2021. My article on "role of forensic odontologist in district child protection unit" was accepted in top 5 article category and my article on " radiographic hallmarks for human identification in forensic odontology" got selected in best article category conducted by sifs. My poster on role of forensic odontology in dcpu and my paper presentation on "digital analysis in human bitemark investigation" got selected in top 10 list for presentation in international conference on forensic odontology conducted by afohr, italy.

 these are some of my important achievement in field of forensic odontology  as well as my professional journey.
