Dr. Navdeep Kaur Walia (BDS, MDS in Public Health Dentistry) is the professor and Head, Department of Public Health dentistry, Baba Jaswant Singh Dental College, Hospital and Research Institute, Ludhiana. She has an admirable academic career of 12 years with over 15 publications in various National and International journals. She has organised and has been a part of over 5000 dental camps and campaigns till date. She has also had an opportunity to visit the WHO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. She is currently working under the project UNIDO- Biomedical Waste Management and Segregation.
